		<description>I quit 6 months ago when I moved to Canada. I found that the routines I formed when I lived in the UK were the main problems. I would have an 11 o&#039;clock and 2 o&#039;clock smoke at work, one when I got home etc.

When I started afresh in a new country (with a strong desire to stop smoking) I stopped completely, so I didn&#039;t build any routines. It also helps that nobody I know in Canada smokes. I also stopped drinking for a while so I wasn&#039;t tempted whilst having a drink.</description>
